·         To understand and resolve all types of printer problems
·         Troubleshooting and repairing all types of Printer’s Dot matrix, Inkjet, Laser jet, Plotter, DeskJet & Mfp
·         To handle escalations at User end
·         Brand Experience in HP or equivalent
·         Replace the front panel/ ribbon mask/printer head/head cable.
·         Head alignment
·         problem diagnosis in logic board and power supply
·         Replace the carriage assembly
·         Able to replace the ribbon mask for line printer
·         Able to replace the logic board/power supply
·         Able to update firm ware for the line printer
·         Able to clean or change the shuttle assembly/fret
·         Able to replace the paper sensor/ribbon sensor

·         Prepare quotation & invoices
